My favorite bartender-ladies Suzanne and Babette took the effort of coming all the way from Arnhem (even during their stressful graduation) to serve us 224 beers and 18 bottles of wine. Thanks girls!
Isabella Rozendaal and Julia amazed all of us by setting up a true food exhibition with delicious sophisticated snacks: Chocolate cake with chocolate nut glaze / Thai basil dipping sauce / Edamame-miso-ginger spread / Blue cheese dip, Bagna cauda - Butter sauce with anchovies, capers, lemon, garlic, parsley / Indonesian coconut meatballs / Bolinhos de bacalhao - Brasilian salted cod balls / Indonesian peanut sauce / Edamame beans / Spicy caramelized nuts / Brasilian black bean soup / Spicy mango salsa, all served with nacho's, bread and crudités.
And the only leftovers were lemon parts!
