Today
Koen Taselaar was dropped off by his mother at my house to make arrangements for the cabinet. I was more than delighted to see his drawings in real. As expected such a better experience than the online view... Koen brought the Schrank into a atmosphere of soft tones and hard black contrasts. On the spot he decided to draw some more ‘wood’ to dress up the shelves. A task easy to combine with a beer or two. Job - a student from the HKU - proved to be of great help and is now a trained wood-drawer too.
We still have over a day to improve the arrangement and prepare for the festive opening. I’m looking forward to the opening. You are invited to come and see it for yourself!
